1. Purpose
These general terms govern the use of delivery services offered by Livreur Marrakech. By using our services, you accept these terms in full.
2. Description of Services
Livreur Marrakech offers a home delivery service in Marrakech for:
- Fast food (McDonald's, KFC, Burger King, Quick)
- Groceries (Carrefour, Marjane)
- Shopping (Menara Mall)
- Pharmacy and medications
3. Order
3.1 Placing an Order
Orders can be placed by:

3.2 Confirmation
Every order is subject to verbal or written confirmation. In case of product unavailability, we inform you immediately and suggest an alternative.
3.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge before the driver has left. Once the order is being prepared or the driver is on the way, cancellation may incur fees.
4. Rates and Payment
4.1 Delivery Fees
- Minimum order amount: 30 DH
- Delivery fees vary according to distance
- Rates are communicated when ordering
4.2 Product Prices
Prices of delivered products correspond to rates charged by partner establishments at time of purchase. Livreur Marrakech does not set product prices.
4.3 Payment Methods
Payment is made in cash on delivery, unless otherwise agreed. The total amount includes:
- Product prices
- Delivery fees
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary from 30 to 60 minutes depending on your location and traffic conditions. These times are not contractual and may vary.
5.2 Delivery Area
We deliver throughout the city of Marrakech. Some peripheral areas may be subject to additional fees.
5.3 Reception
You must be available at the indicated address during delivery. In case of absence, the driver will try to reach you. If you remain unreachable, the order may be cancelled with charges for incurred fees.
6. Customer Obligations
The customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate information (address, phone number)
- Be available to receive the order
- Check the order upon delivery
- Make payment upon delivery
- Respect the driver
7. Complaints
7.1 Missing or Defective Products
In case of a problem with your order (missing product, error, defect), you must inform us immediately at the time of delivery or within 30 minutes of receipt.
7.2 Processing
We strive to resolve any complaint as quickly as possible. Depending on the case, we may proceed with:
- A partial or full refund
- A new delivery
- A credit for a future order
8. Responsabilité
8.1 Livreur Marrakech
Livreur Marrakech s'engage à apporter the meilleur soin upon livraison de vos commandes. Notre responsabilité ne peut être engagée en cas de :
- Force majeure or événements indépendants de notre volonté
- Informations erronées fournies par the client
- Defective products due to supplier
- Delays related to exceptional traffic conditions
8.2 Limitation
In any case, our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
9. Personal Data
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All elements of the livreurmarrakech.com website (texts, images, logos, design) are the property of Livreur Marrakech and are protected by intellectual property laws.
11. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these general terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site. The last update date is indicated at the top of this page.
12. Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, we favor an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Marrakech shall have sole jurisdiction.
